The day before Thanksgiving, I needed an emergency root canal. Metro Endo was so kind from the second I called with the referral from my dentist. They got me in that morning. To say I was terrified is an understatement — 30 years ago I had a root canal and it was a terribly painful experience. Metro Endo didn’t just listen to my fear — they actively worked to negate it. Everyone from front desk, to office manager, to dental assistant, to doc was warm, welcoming, kind, and genuine. There was music, laughs, idle chatter to distract me, and even a stress ball and blanket. The patience of Dr Goldfein was astounding. He took his time to make sure I was ok — he is skilled, meticulous, and caring. A beautiful combo in an emergency situation! If you need a root canal, I HIGHLY recommend this practice!

One day after seeing Dr. Goldfein I am pain free. He saw me at the last minute on a Monday. He and his staff made me feel at ease and explained the procedures I would go through. This office has the high tech instruments that provide a precise diagnosis which certainly helped in my case. I don’t want another root canal but there is only one place I will go in the future.

I have seen Dr. Goldfein before for a root canal and it was such an easy process. He is an excellent endodontist. Yesterday I came to the office after suffering in pain for a month after a crown done by another office. Unfortunately it was not an easy fix of a root canal as I had hoped and I needed to be referred elsewhere. After struggling to find someone on my own who could do this emergently, Rafael the office manager went out of his way to book me an appointment with a different office. For the first time in a month I am no longer suffering.

Had a wonderful experience getting my first root canal with Dr. Goldfein! I visited both their Englewood and Park Ridge locations- both clean, welcoming and colorful. He was careful ensuring that I was numbed up before the root canal, so the remainder of the procedure was pain-free. The process was seamless, meticulous and overall very professional. Highly recommend!
