The day before Thanksgiving, I needed an emergency root canal. Metro Endo was so kind from the second I called with the referral from my dentist. They got me in that morning. To say I was terrified is an understatement — 30 years ago I had a root canal and it was a terribly painful experience. Metro Endo didn’t just listen to my fear — they actively worked to negate it. Everyone from front desk, to office manager, to dental assistant, to doc was warm, welcoming, kind, and genuine. There was music, laughs, idle chatter to distract me, and even a stress ball and blanket. The patience of Dr Goldfein was astounding. He took his time to make sure I was ok — he is skilled, meticulous, and caring. A beautiful combo in an emergency situation! If you need a root canal, I HIGHLY recommend this practice!

One day after seeing Dr. Goldfein I am pain free. He saw me at the last minute on a Monday. He and his staff made me feel at ease and explained the procedures I would go through. This office has the high tech instruments that provide a precise diagnosis which certainly helped in my case. I don’t want another root canal but there is only one place I will go in the future.
