Jose Rivero, DDS – Dental Anesthesiologist

Dr. Rivero and Geoff were wonderful during my whole experience! I have a serious higher risk health condition that required extra care and time. Dr. Rivero and Geoff were very thorough, contacting my medical specialists and reviewing all my medical records and medications. And I usually have issues with people finding veins on me during bloodwork, etc but Dr. Rivero found one on the first try and I had a pain free experience, which is rare for me. Grateful that the dentist recommended Dr. Rivero.

Dr. Rivero and Geoff are the best in the business. We've tackled many hard cases together from medically compromised patients to patients that need a lot of attention to have a smooth sedation. I had my first dental appointment at this dentist office - Oceanside Dental Studio - Oceanside NY, and I will say the office is beautiful and very clean. Dr. Golo is amazing , explains alll information, very kind and treats his patients with great care . The staff are very accommodating, sweet and caring as well . My knew Dentist - great choice

Dr. Rivero was amazing! He had so much patience with my son before the surgery, making him feel calm and comfortable. He also explained everything clearly, which made me feel that my son was completely safe in his hands. My son woke up comfortable and with no complications. Now, four hours after surgery, he is doing great. I highly recommend Dr. Rivero and greatly appreciate his help.

I was under going an oral surgery let me be honest I was terrified , I could not have just taking a local for my procedure. I needed the best Anesthesiologist out there because i suffer from High anxiety. Weeks before my surgery , Doctor Jose Rivero and his team reached out to Ask me all the right questions and ask me if I had any questions for them. They were amazing answered all my questions made me feel comfortable. I didn’t go in to the surgery with high anxiety. I was so comfortable with them I Could not thank them enough.

Dr. Rivero looked after me during my anesthesiology for dental surgery. I have had multiple operations for Rugby and for other sports injuries over the years. In all honesty, Dr. Rivero is the 21st Century version of this vital and sometimes worrying process for individuals. I did not feel a THING when he administered the IV - he was funny / informative / incredible bedside manner / comforting and considerate - highly recommend - and should I need anesthesia again, I’ll be requesting Dr. Rivero!
