We Recently had a huge amount of damage from the hail storm and contacted Metro Hail as dealing through our Insurance was an absolute minefield. As we are of the older generation everything was daunting for us. The experience with Metro Hail was first class. It took away all of our stress as they sorted absolutely everything. They handled the best of Workman , materials, and also explained copious amounts of paperwork that were difficult for us to comprehend as laymen. Metro Hail also negotiated us a far better deal as they knew our rights way better than we did. They fought against the Insurance company who were trying to minimize the work that was needed resulting in a far better outcome for us. We were kept in the loop for the whole journey. The Tradies were all hard working , friendly and very helpful and showed top workmanship. A massive thank you to Francesca & Dylan for their never failing patience with my messages and calls when I made them. I would highly recommend Metro Hail as it is apparent that they are a company that takes pride in their workmanship for the people in need of their services. Thank goodness for Metrohail. Long story short, this company got a claim for my roof to be replaced from hail damage that my insurance company failed to fulfill and assist with. From day 1 I received friendly, professional and greatly appreciated guidance and support. Ben Williams took my claim and through his knowledge and tenacity, got the claim approved and the works began quickly. A really lovely helpful guy that was approachable and friendly. Dylan Glassie took on the site work and he too was professional, diligent and easy to work with. Dylan always kept me in the loop and made it his business to ensure the times suited me for the tradies to arrive on site and do their thing. It was smooth and easy to organise myself so the tradies could get access to my property. I was always kept in the loop and well informed. Metrohail have got 2 really good men in Ben and Dylan as the face of the company. My recommendations can not be strong enough in its praise of all of the dealings that I was afforded by them. Each and every set of tradies, roofers, gutter guys, scaffolders, painters and material removers and deliverers most who travelled from the Sunshine Coast were great friendly hardworking people.
