⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely phenomenal service from Greg at Metro Carpet Repair! I called him at 9:15am the day before the 4th of July, fully expecting to be put on a waitlist. But by 10:15am, he was at my door, and by 11:15am — the job was DONE. That kind of same-day service is unheard of, and I am beyond impressed. While I was on a work meeting (thanks, WFH life), my dogs decided to launch a surprise renovation project and dug up the carpet right at the tile edge. I didn’t even know until after my meeting ended — and when I saw the mess, I panicked. But Greg answered right away, rearranged his schedule, and got to work. He was calm, professional, efficient, and clearly experienced. The repair is seamless — you'd never know anything happened. And yes… my dogs approve of the repair, too. 🐶🐾 It was supervised by the "Pawfessionals" — because yes, they watched Greg’s every move from behind the gate! 100% recommend. Worth every penny. A few days ago, we hired Metro Carpet Repair to fix two holes our dog had dug in the carpet. The technician was incredibly professional and meticulous. He worked carefully and made sure every detail was perfect. After the repair, you can hardly tell there was any damage at all. We called them for an emergency job in the evening, and they worked late into the night to get it done. We really appreciate their dedication and hard work. Highly recommended!

Excellent work, great transparency, and on time and straight to the point. Can’t thank Greg enough for the top shelf work on doing my 3 bedrooms and installing all new tack strips, and matting, and new carpet and stretching it to make a quality look and feel. Highly recommend this man and the service he has to offer! You won’t be disappointed!

I called them around 3pm on a Friday, needing repairs and cleaning for an event I was hosting that night. The had a repairman here within the hour.
