He made sure he explained everything to me thoroughly before the project started, and was in constant contact with me throughout the installation. I am very satisfied. I replaced an aging roof with the most wind resistant roof I could reasonably get. It looks good and it enabled me to shop around for insurance again. I can’t say getting a roof is fun, but Merit did the work quickly, completely, cleaned up and didn’t have anything they had to return for. They actually did mine in one day. They specifically addressed several particular concerns and requests I had about the existing roof.

I am extremely happy with my new roof! The project manager was here twice during installation. He showed me pictures of the roof with old shingles removed and said the decking was all fine. Then he was back for the last couple of hours of installation to be sure everything was done right. Took more pictures of the roof and checked to be sure the roof vents were right and went in the attic to see that see that that everything was correct up there. Ray was outstanding to work with a would strongly recommend him and Merit!

Had roof damage from recent Hurricane Beryl. Ray came out to inspect, provided photos and a summary of damage. He explained the process of roof replacement with us. We got several other quotes and Merit Roofing had the best selection of materials and price that we could afford. GAF shingles was what I wanted and the professionalism and delivery of materials was top notch. Roofers did an amazing job, cleaned up well and respected our property.
