I've been seen by Dr. Modi twice and both occasions I have been very happy with his service. Not only is he fast but his staff and himself are very welcoming. Sulma was the sweetest. She assisted on my second visit with xrays and the procedure. She made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. Both times I was terrified and Dr. Modi was so encouraging and it was over befor I knew it.
Normally staff at dental offices or clinic can be very unwelcoming but it seems that Dr. Modi has a good eye for his staff. Everyone from the receptionist to sulma, and shiela were very nice

I had to have an emergency extraction on a Sunday. They got me in so quickly and addressed my issue immediately. The dentist and dental assistant were amazing and accommodating. 10/10 would suggest Dr. Modi and staff for those with dental anxiety.
