Meridian Mountain Therapy — especially Lina — has been an incredible resource for our team. She supported us during one of the hardest moments our clinic has ever faced: the sudden loss of a staff member in a car accident. Lina stepped in with essentially no notice and provided immediate, compassionate support to our team as we processed the shock and grief together. Prior to that tragedy, Lina had already come in to lead a grief-focused training for our staff. As a veterinary clinic, we regularly work with pet owners experiencing loss, and her guidance gave our team meaningful tools to communicate with empathy and confidence during those difficult conversations. Lina is one of the most compassionate and emotionally intelligent professionals we’ve ever worked with, and we cannot recommend her highly enough. Whether you need support personally or for an entire team, she makes a profound difference.
