Received best treatment for my wife and our new born, our 2nd baby was delivered here with utmost care and support, all thanks to Dr. Prema Navaneethan and her staff for helping us with all the necessary treatment and care, my wife was amazed with the comfort and ease in delivering, it was so painless and convenient that she still finds it hard to describe. Throughout her pregnancy the suggestion and routine checkups by Meridean Hospital helped us deliver a healthy baby. The nurse staffs were 24/7 available, their handling’s and care was very appreciative. Im very thankful to the entire staff members (Doctors, Lab, Radiology, Billing, etc, )for their patience and support. would suggest my loved one to come visit Meridian once for any treatment.

While the hospital facilities and staff are generally good, I would like to raise a serious concern regarding the patient waiting time for doctor consultations. The staff, nurses, lab technicians, and other personnel are professional, helpful, and provide good service. However, the appointment management system needs significant improvement. Patients are frequently asked to wait for an extended period before they can see the doctor, even when they arrive according to the scheduled appointment time. Hospitals should understand that patients are already visiting due to health issues, and long waiting times only add to their discomfort and stress. Appointments should be scheduled strictly based on the doctor’s availability to ensure patients are seen within a reasonable timeframe. I strongly recommend that the hospital review and improve its appointment scheduling and patient flow management so that patients are not required to wait unnecessarily.

Very Good Hospitality. My wife got admitted due to painless nasal bleeding. Dr. Varunkumar did an extraordinary study on the issue and provided very good treatment to my wife to come out from the bleeding issue. Thanks to Dr. Varunkumar and Meridian Hospital.

Highly recommend Dr. Kenny and Dr. Alagappan for surgical care. My wife recently underwent surgery for a breast abscess and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The procedure was handled well and we were particularly impressed by the thorough follow-up care. They made sure she was healing well and took the time to answer all our questions. We felt she was in very safe hands. Big thanks to Girija and rest of the team from the OPD reception for excellent care and coordination.

I underwent angioplasty last weekend by Dr Ashwani who is well qualified showed professionalism in her approach right from introduction through various tests/diagnostics to the execution of procedure with the dedicated team and guidance for follow up. I recently underwent a master health check-up at Meridian Hospital and consulted with ENT specialist Dr. Varun Kumar regarding hearing loss in my left ear. He recommended ear surgery, which I soon scheduled, and I was admitted for the procedure. My overall experience at Meridian was excellent. From the ER admission team to the surgical staff and Dr. Varun Kumar, everyone was incredibly attentive, efficient, and professional. The recovery ward could have been a bit more attentive initially, but once we voiced our concerns, the nurses responded quickly and addressed the issue right away. The procedure went smoothly, and I’m already noticing improvements in my hearing. I’m very grateful to Dr. Varun Kumar and the entire team at Meridian for their care and expertise.

I visited the hospital with my mother and had a consultation with Dr. Omer Sherif. He is extremely friendly, patient, and takes time to genuinely listen to the patient’s concerns and problems, which is very reassuring. The hospital staff were also polite, supportive, and approachable. Overall, the hospital has good infrastructure and a very comfortable environment. It was a positive and satisfying experience.
