Received best treatment for my wife and our new born, our 2nd baby was delivered here with utmost care and support, all thanks to Dr. Prema Navaneethan and her staff for helping us with all the necessary treatment and care, my wife was amazed with the comfort and ease in delivering, it was so painless and convenient that she still finds it hard to describe. Throughout her pregnancy the suggestion and routine checkups by Meridean Hospital helped us deliver a healthy baby. The nurse staffs were 24/7 available, their handling’s and care was very appreciative. Im very thankful to the entire staff members (Doctors, Lab, Radiology, Billing, etc, )for their patience and support. would suggest my loved one to come visit Meridian once for any treatment.

While the hospital facilities and staff are generally good, I would like to raise a serious concern regarding the patient waiting time for doctor consultations. The staff, nurses, lab technicians, and other personnel are professional, helpful, and provide good service. However, the appointment management system needs significant improvement. Patients are frequently asked to wait for an extended period before they can see the doctor, even when they arrive according to the scheduled appointment time. Hospitals should understand that patients are already visiting due to health issues, and long waiting times only add to their discomfort and stress. Appointments should be scheduled strictly based on the doctor’s availability to ensure patients are seen within a reasonable timeframe. I strongly recommend that the hospital review and improve its appointment scheduling and patient flow management so that patients are not required to wait unnecessarily.
