I had an absolutely amazing experience purchasing my 2025 CLA 250, and I can’t say enough good things about my salesman, Rome. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and truly in tune with what I was looking for. I never once felt pressured, it honestly felt like I was talking to someone who genuinely cared about helping me make the right decision and about the car he was selling. He made my transition into luxury seamless, and since this is my first Mercedes, that meant a lot to me. I’ll definitely be back in a couple of years to upgrade, and I’ll be asking for Rome again. This car was a birthday gift to myself for turning 40, and the entire team made the experience feel special. The manager, Mike (if I’m not mistaken), came over to greet me and was great and very welcoming. The finance manager, Ken was also extremely helpful and made everything easy to understand and stress-free. Even the gentleman sitting next to Rome was very kind and welcoming. Honestly, the whole staff was friendly, professional, and respectful. I didn’t feel like “just another sale” when I walked in , I felt valued as a customer, and that goes a long way.
