Carlos was very helpful, responsive, and made everything easy to understand. I felt confident and well taken care of. Would definitely recommend. This insurance office provided outstanding customer service. They were professional, honest, and truly cared about finding the best coverage for my dad. Any questions I had were answered quickly, and I never felt rushed. It’s refreshing to work with people who genuinely have your best interest in mind.

I had an excellent experience with Mercado Insurance agency thanks to Carlos. He was professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire process fast, smooth and stress-free. Carlos went above and beyond to answer all my questions clearly, explained my options in detail, and helped me find the best coverage for my needs. I was paying double in car insurance he found me the best price and had it done so I could leave that day with my new car. It’s rare to find such great prices and I appreciated Carlos helping me at that moment and his expertise. Highly recommend both the company and especially Carlos for outstanding customer service!
