Mentone Cozy Cabins

The cabin was spotlessly clean and the amenities were exactly as described - even better, which made our stay very comfortable. The location was perfect – secluded enough for peace yet close to nice hiking trails, beautiful waterfalls & super fun rock climbing. The scenery was stunning with both valley & mountain views. It truly felt like a cozy cabin rental getaway that we would recommend to anyone.

I stayed at Mentone Cozy Cabins for a weekend cabin getaway and was impressed by how clean everything was. The cabin was spotless, the location was perfect for exploring the nearby trails, and the amenities—comfortable beds, a well‑stocked kitchen and fast wifi—made the stay effortless. The scenery from the porch was breathtaking, with mountain views and a peaceful lake nearby. I would definitely book another stay for a private cabin retreat.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Breathless! The cabin was tastefully decorated and the kitchen was well stocked. The expansive deck overlooking the mountain ranges and the valley below was our favorite spot to enjoy morning coffee and afternoon sunsets. We liked that the cabin was only a short driving distance from town and all the local restaurants. Laura, our host, was easy to communicate with and responded in a timely manner with any questions we had. We will definitely book this lovely cabin again in the future! Pam

Broken hot tub, and host is trying to say it worked the whole time even though we have pictures of it being in the 60 & 70s. I also stopped my vacation three times to get some help fixing it. There were no curtains for privacy at the hot tub as pictured. Leftover groceries in the freezer. Black mold behind the shower door. The balcony door opens by itself if it does not remained locked at all times. The park pictured is actually down the road and cost $15 per day to use. 15-30 min from gas, groceries or food. Highly disappointed in this location for our anniversary.

Had a wonderful stay at Mentone Cozy Cabins. The cabin was spotlessly clean, the location was perfect for easy hiking and stunning scenery, and the amenities had everything we needed. Would definitely return for another weekend cabin escape.

Loved staying here with our very large family! Plenty of room for everyone to sleep, and plenty of outdoor space (and inside games) to keep the kids entertained while the adults enjoy drinks by the lakeside campfire. Fun time had by all! Loved that the owners decorated for the seasons - made it feel like a home away from home. Also- plenty of space for everyone to gather round and enjoy breakfast and dinner. And not a far drive from the downtown area where we visited to pick up some delicious pies and pound cakes to bring home 🥧 😋

Our group of 5 had a fantastic stay at the Forever cabin atop Lookout Mountain just inside the Georgia border. We used it as a launching point for some fun rounds of golf at McLemore and Lil Mole Run. The house, views, and amenities were all top notch. We would absolutely stay at the Forever cabin again on our next trip to the area.

Had a great time at this cabin. The owners provide everything you need for a first rate vacation. Our kids had the time of their lives canoeing and enjoying the outdoors there. So many things to do. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Great food! This restaurant is well run. The food came out quickly, and the food was very good. Our church group loved it! Highly recommended!

Eight of us stayed at Mentone Cozy Cabins for post-Easter cabin getaway and we were impressed with everything. The cabin was spotless, the location was perfect for enjoying the mountain scenery and easy access to nearby trails, and the amenities—comfortable beds, a fully stocked kitchen and a great hot tub—made our stay effortless. The private cabin retreat offered beautiful views that made each morning feel like a getaway. I especially appreciated how clean everything was and how peaceful the surroundings felt. This was our second trip to “Forever” and will not be our last. Excited to return here again for our next mountain cabin stay.
