I loved Mentally STRONG when I first started coming here. The staff was amazing, my counselor was amazing, and everything always went smoothly. I felt heard, seen, and respected. However, everything went down hill after my counselor either quit unexpectedly or was fired. Then, staff completely changed, and I don’t recognize anyone when I come in. Most recently, my friend was failed by this location, and she had to find a new provider. And now I have been failed by this location as well. My meds are on auto refill every month, but for some reason, my provider denied them with zero explanation, then of course was out of the office immediately the next day. The best part of this is that I only have enough meds to get me through the weekend, so if there is not a quick solution on Monday, I will be going without. The texting was responsive like everyone has said in recent reviews, but they did not offer any solutions. I work full time, so I cannot just leave my job and go to the office, and this kept being suggested even after I stated this was not a possibility. I am highly disappointed in what Mentally STRONG has become. New patients might love this new system, but as someone who has been a patient for a while, I see a clear difference in the care of patients AND staff.
