Your triggers are not your enemies. They are your data. 📍
When we feel triggered, our first instinct is usually to suppress the feeling or blame the person who "pushed our buttons." but as Dr. B teaches, a trigger is actually a signal. It’s your brain pointing to a "GPS coordinate" where there is an unmet emotional need or a past wound that hasn’t been mapped yet. 🗺️
Don’t ignore the signal. Instead of reacting, ask yourself:
What is this trigger trying to tell me?
What "stuff" from my past is being activated right now?
What do I actually need in this moment to feel Mentally STRONG?
Stop running from the triggers. Start using them to find your way back to yourself.
