After a frustrating runaround with another clinic that canceled my first appointment and pushed me months back, I called Men’s Healthcare Chicago in Naperville and everything changed. From the very first phone call the team was exceptional — the woman who answered was unbelievably patient, kind, and knowledgeable. She calmly walked me through every question, stayed on the line while I sent paperwork, and even helped me correct an error without a hint of impatience. That level of service set the tone for the entire experience. They got me in for my first blood draw the very next day and scheduled the follow-up test within the week. Every step was handled quickly and professionally. At my first treatment the staff member who explained the process went into such clear, thoughtful detail that I had zero unanswered questions by the time she finished. Appointments have been prompt, the clinic is clean and organized, and every person I’ve interacted with has been friendly, courteous, and genuinely caring. I completed multiple visits before writing this review because I wanted to be sure — and I can say without hesitation that this clinic truly prioritizes patients. Their communication, responsiveness, and attention to detail are next level. If you want a clinic that moves fast, treats you like a person, and delivers consistently excellent service, Men’s Healthcare Chicago Naperville is the place to go. I am beyond impressed and recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone seeking TRT care — five stars is not enough.

I've been going to Men's Health Chicago in Naperville for a few years now and I can honestly say that everyone there is top notch. From the girls at the front desk, to the medical assistants, up to the providers. Every week I look forward to going in there because it's almost guaranteed I'll see Amanda as my provider. In a word she's awesome. She's really laid back and likes to joke around. More importantly, she's willing to listen, and is open to discussion about your medical concerns and treatment which is paramount. I also look forward to seeing Maria every week. She's one of the medical assistant that helps out the providers. She's been my go to, every week, for the last few years. I'm honestly not sure how she's not sick of me yet... She's very professional and extremely knowledgeable. She legitimately cares about my health and wants the best for her patients. As a person who works in emergency medicine, I can say this is highly commendable! If by chance that Maria is off a day, I look forward to seeing Lyndsey. She's newer to the team but she trained with the best (Maria)... How do I know? Because I was there for my weekly shot and Lydnsey was shadowing her. Lydnsey is great to see as well! She's a ray of sunshine and is very personable. She has the right attitude and drive, and I can tell she's going to do great in this field! In summary 15 out of 10 would recommend!!

After making a phone call to the clinic Alejandra answered the phone. I had serious questions pertaining to additional medication’s such as hCG and nobody knew the answers to those questions. This tells me that the staff here is completely clueless as to what the treatment program looks like. I am not gonna waste my time and fast and get all kinds of blood work done if people cannot answer simple questions over the phone. Why do they tell me just to come in and ask the person during my consultation? Is this a way to just hush me up just to come in to be disappointed? I really wish there was a little bit more “attention to detail” when callers ask you serious questions. I’ve been on similar TRT programs before and never had to get 2 blood tests done before treatment. What is the reason for that? Alejandra says “for insurance reasons “ clearly she doesn’t know how insurance works. That makes no sense. I’m not gonna settle for word salads …….Per my conversation with Alejandra I have zero faith in this clinic’s ability to satisfy my TRT needs- and how does somebody not know what bio identical hormones are? What a joke.

Tino & his staff in Naperville are professional yet personable & full of knowledge!! They’re very good at what they do & set the nervous-apprehensive patient, at ease.

The staff is phenomenal and there is a great vibe. The knowledge that the medical professionals have is top notch. I wish there was more locations closer to home.

First visit was great. All staff was friendly and helpful. Alejandra got me signed in and signed out. Samantha drew blood and took vitals while gathering more data. Amanda met with me to discuss details, my health history, expectations, etc. she was extremely helpful. I’m anxious to start therapy and hopeful I’ve found the answers I’ve been looking for.

First time in today and the staff was great! Easy, quick, and friendly as could be. Great place!

Today was my first appointment at the clinic and I felt very comfortable. The staff was very professional and very attentive. I have high expectations since my primary doctor spoke highly of this clinic and the good results they are having. Just seeing so many patients come in gives me the assurance that it is a good place.

Men's health is awesome! I've been coming to this location for several years, despite there being closer locations (not men's health) to me. I always feel welcomed. The staff here is very professional and listen to your needs. Amanda is my provider and goes above and beyond to make sure I'm the healthiest I can be.

I couldn't be happier with Men's Health of Chicago - Naperville!! They offer a number of services from primary care to trigger injections to B12 shots. I have been going to Tino Bruno for about a half of year now. I couldn't be happier with the care that I have received from him as well as the other providers. Tino and his team are top notch. Shelly creates a great upfront presence. While I am pleased with the entire staff, Maria stands out from the rest. She is personable, caring, and attentive. She creates a comfortable atmosphere and it is clear that she is experienced in her craft. I highly recommend MHOC Naperville for a myriad of health needs.
