I provide a professional and confidential space as a Life Coach assisting with internal dialogue for individuals to fully express themselves and to create a positive vision; this will allow clients to navigate and embrace change in their lives, providing a future-focused approach using interactive tools and techniques. Coaching provides avenues for everyone to move forward from the present moment to the future. My guided Life Coaching techniques provide goal-setting and a frame-work for accomplishment by utilizing inciteful and challenging tools that assist each client with their individual needs. I highly recommend Mel and her services as a life coach and mentor. Mel is very well priced and provides such an important service. Mel has been an amazing life coach and mentor to our daughter who has various challenges in life. Mel works well with her, proving a supportive and caring environment for her to grow and set goals. Mel provides a professional and friendly service, ensuring to lead the way with innovative ideas, keeping my daughter engaged in the process. Thank you Mel for helping her achieve her goals and grow into the best person she can be.

Mel is a great coach and mentor! She has a lot of knowledge when it comes to taking your life to the next level and helping you come up with a game plan to achieve goals! She is relatable and has an amazing personality! I would highly recommend Mel's Life Coaching!
