From start to end this is the best trade experience I’ve had. I found Shaun online and he was very responsive, helpful and knowledgeable, and was able to squeeze us in get works done within a week, we thought our floorboards were damaged to be saved but the performed a miracle, I really appreciate the great workmanship and would highly recommend his services.

When we bought an old house where each extension done over the years had a different timber I was a bit nervous about how we would make the house read as a coherent place. But I need not have worried! Shaun and his team did an amazing job and we are thrilled with the results! They were flexible to accommodate delays in a larger Reno plan, stuck to the commitments they made and had great communication throughout the project. The team really took pride in the work they did and went above and beyond to ensure the end result looks fantastic. Thank you for a job well done!

After a few quotes I found these guys to be competitively priced. They kept me informed of their progress (ready for me to inspect after sanding) and turned up at the agreed time. They gave me some advice on dealing with minor cracks, gaps and squeaking floor boards - I was really happy with the end result. My only feedback (and this would be the same feedback for all those businesses I requested quotes from) was to perhaps have actual samples of refinished flooring in different wood types that you can see. It was anxious towards the end not knowing what the finish would look like, and wondering whether I'd like the finish I selected. I know the finish can vary within wood types, but at least having physical samples can provide more assurance. But - I'm satisfied with the result and would recommend them.

Melbourne Flooring Solutions recently sanded and revarnished my floor, and it looks great. The floor now has a nice, polished finish that has really improved the room. The team was easy to deal with and very flexible, accommodating my schedule without any issues. I would recommend Melbourne Flooring Solutions for their reliable and professional flooring services.

Have a look at these photos and decide if you want to hire them. As soon as I paid them, they were unreaponsive. It took them 3 weeks just to pick up there rubbish. Every day they have a different excuse at the eleventh hour. They think people have nothing else to do except waiting for them to come.

Wow, look at how unprofessional these guys could be. They charge for replacing 4 pieces of wooden boards. There is no support to these boards under. These guys donot install any support under that board. They did such a bad job. It's like, we donot build legs of the table but we make the top only. If replacing 4 pieces costs $1230 without putting any support under. Nothing was even confirmed with us before starting the job.

Shaun and his team were absolutely brilliant!. Communication was brilliant, efficient, and the quality of work was fantastic. I could not be happier with the result or service - highly recommend.

Had our floors sanded and polished recently by Melbourne Flooring Solutions. After our three coats, we noticed that some areas of the floors were still a bit rough but Shaun explained that some timber absorbs the coating more than others. He inspected the floors and solved the issue for us. Overall, we were happy with the work done by Ryan and his team. Shaun was prompt to reply to any queries. Have already passed their name on to someone else and would go with them again in the future.
