Did not know how to fix the problem and caused more problems.. Wasted my time. Would not recommend especially Dover St. Avon Indiana ; this Meineke location was aware of my situation before my vehicle was towed. The technician broke my cylinder into two pieces, and did not know how to remove the Steering wheel cover to get the ignition cylinder out and replace with new one. The Locksmith who fixed the locked ignition cylinder in less than 30 minutes; zero complaints in regards to my vehicle. Meineke had my vehicle from Thursday morning to Saturday morning and never said a word. I honest and the Meineke Store location was Not. They didn't know what they were doing. It was an amazing experience. Brandon and Matt took care of me like one of their kids. They took care of what I needed. They were amazing! And made the whole effort seamlessly. If I have another problem that they could fix. They're getting my business for now and always the kindness and care. They showing me both of those guys is what the world should be made of. I can't say enough about them.

Took my vehicle to Meineke on November 5. They told me they fixed the issue. After driving it home the noise came back and no change. I’m totally pissed because I took my truck in at 8.00am November 15th. I went back at 2.15 and my truck had not been attended to. Now I’m wondering if they even did the work they charged me for? Very unprofessional… I will and would Not recommend going there…

I had some pretty major issues at a different Meineke location and the district manager Phil, gave me a credit for the Avon shop to get my brakes replaced and an oil change. I am very grateful that they made it right for me. Jeff and Ryan were very friendly and professional.

We were in town on July 26 for a wedding and had experienced a problem the day before with our AC cutting out off and on during our 7-hour drive. Meineke diagnosed the issue with the AC system needing to be recharged and had the problem repaired as quickly as possible and back out on the road. The shop manager was super nice and helpful, and I enjoyed our conversation while I waited in their clean waiting area. I rate their customer service, repair work, and price as 5 stars and a 10 out of 10!! Great job, guys! Thank you for your service and hospitality! Ron Chattanooga, TN

GREAT SHOP!! Highly Recommended!!! Knowledgeable and Kewl dudes!! Rob the man who helped me schedule the appointment Was a pleasure to work with. The estimate was fast, fair price. And work was finished fast! Very nice to talk to as well. guys (white guy glasses and a do-rag made funny too :):) Guys in the shop had a good sense of humor. I would recommend this place for the quality of work in atmosphere.

I had my first visit here to change the oil on 3 cars. The customer service was exceptional and the price for an oil change was the best in town! They did not try to sell me on items that needed attention, but I did decide to change the brakes on one vehicle and they finished that job up before the last oil change was complete! Wonderful people and I have found my new service team in Avon!

Service was nice however I am incredibly disappointed. I was on the interstate only hours after I had gotten my oil changed and the plate under my car fell off. I thought my tire had blown. They hadn’t secured the plate correctly post oil change. I hadn’t hit a pot hole or anything on the road. Was pretty shocked needless to say. I called the store after and explained my situation and it sounded as if there would be a discussion regarding the incident.

I went in for an oil change. I left after payment and got to the first light when my check oil light came on. Took it back immediately and the service tech checked the dipstick 6 times and there was no oil in the car (I was present). He took back to the bay and rectified the problem. What I am not happy with the lack of concern. The manager apologized but blamed it on faulty equipment. He tried to say several times there was oil in it I was there and there was no oil in this car!!! What made it worse is he refused to look at me in the eye! There were several men in the waiting room and he interacted with them with courtesy and respect. I did reach out to Meinke directly but no one has tried to reach out to me.

The most expensive brake job ever! 2 years earlier Meineke said I had no brake issues to speak of and they told me that I probably had a couple of years left on those brake pads. As soon as I heard brake noise I immediately brought my vehicle to a different Meineke shop for inspection. The guy there said that I needed every part replaced with the exception of the master cylinder. All rotors, pads, calipers, and hoses were replaced with no evidence or pictures of the supposed failed parts. 2850 dollars was the cost(big markup on parts and sky high labor rate) and I had to pay it cuz I absolutely had to have the vehicle. I probably needed pads and rotors but not everything else for a car that does mostly highway driving and stays in a garage every night! Ill buy my own parts next time and take them to my independent mechanic.
