Meineke Car Care Center

Took in my new Kia Sorento SX Prestige. Simple oil change and tire rotation. Took way, way too long as the kid changing the oil couldn’t get the filter removed or replaced inside the casing without GREAT difficulty. I asked the manager to get involved. Said it was all fixed. Had to ask for his help again when he couldn’t get it back together. Didn’t read the instructions that came with the filter, and obviously had never changed this filter, which is pretty standard. Was there over an hour. Didn’t rotate the tires. I asked why, it was never told until I asked. Manager said the tires were cupped from under inflation and they wouldn’t rotate. Hmmm. Nothing was mentioned in the inspection report he sent me 45 minutes earlier and told me because the car was new “ every thing was fine.” Never had a tire warning light come on. I will never be back.

They were able to get me in directly after I called to see if they had availability to diagnose my car. They were able to diagnose my car within the hour at no charge. Shout out to Jeremy M. and Scott Baker, you were great. Thanks for the help.

I don’t know jack about cars or where is best to go. I can say Wyland Sayre is great tho! His communication with customers is awesome. It’s nice to go somewhere and they treat you like a real person. I also had no issues with the oil change

All in all, I had a very positive experience with Meineke. I think they did good work. While I was just there for an oil change, they did a very comprehensive inspection and let me know what other services my car needed.

Did not know how to fix the problem and caused more problems.. Wasted my time. Would not recommend especially Dover St. Avon Indiana ; this Meineke location was aware of my situation before my vehicle was towed. The technician broke my cylinder into two pieces, and did not know how to remove the Steering wheel cover to get the ignition cylinder out and replace with new one. The Locksmith who fixed the locked ignition cylinder in less than 30 minutes; zero complaints in regards to my vehicle. Meineke had my vehicle from Thursday morning to Saturday morning and never said a word. I honest and the Meineke Store location was Not. They didn't know what they were doing. The Store Owner Mr. Martin was unaware of the Google review...

It was an amazing experience. Brandon and Matt took care of me like one of their kids. They took care of what I needed. They were amazing! And made the whole effort seamlessly. If I have another problem that they could fix. They're getting my business for now and always the kindness and care. They showing me both of those guys is what the world should be made of. I can't say enough about them.

Took my vehicle to Meineke on November 5. They told me they fixed the issue. After driving it home the noise came back and no change. I’m totally pissed because I took my truck in at 8.00am November 15th. I went back at 2.15 and my truck had not been attended to. Now I’m wondering if they even did the work they charged me for? Very unprofessional… I will and would Not recommend going there…

I had some pretty major issues at a different Meineke location and the district manager Phil, gave me a credit for the Avon shop to get my brakes replaced and an oil change. I am very grateful that they made it right for me. Jeff and Ryan were very friendly and professional.

Great place of business wonderful atmosphere. Veronica was friendly and very informative about certain vehicles. I truly appreciate Her help. Thanks I would recommend Avon's Meineke.
