The customer service was professional, polite, and courteous throughout the visit. They assessed my vehicle and determined the warning light was a false positive. Photos were provided for confirmation. I wasn't charged for my visit. I initially went in considering brake pad replacement, but I left with a strong sense of trust. As a woman, it can be challenging to find mechanics you feel confident are being honest. This experience was reassuring, and I will certainly come back to actually have the car serviced when the time comes.

We took our 2019 Chevy Colorado to Meineke to have our oil changed and to find our oil leak. Meineke said they changed our oil and filter. When we left there, it was still leaking oil so we took it to the Chevy dealership. upon further inspection, they saw that the oil filter had not been changed and the seal At the top of our oil filter was broken in half and that’s where our oil was blowing out. Obviously, Meineke did not change our oil filter, but charged us for it. Complete dishonesty! Here is a photo of the filter cap in the seal Cleary 🥰 sticking out of it. Have they done their job they would have. Saved me over $200 at the dealership. A simple new filter job would have solved the oil leak. The only reason they got a one star was for the price. I guess you get what you pay for.

Had oil change, air filter replaced, tires rotated. After all I believe pricing was reasonable. After leaving I received “low tire pressure” indicator. Went back to shop and pressure was checked and adjusted. Several days later still get low tire pressure indication. Not sure if pressure are correct or after rotation the indicator was not reset. Not sure what it is. I was satisfied except for indicator still showing low pressure.

Nash and his team were great to work with when we took my wife’s ‘09 Avalon here for some work last week. They are very transparent and friendly; got all the work done quickly. They offer pictures and a customizable quote that allows you to easily see and select the recommended work that needs done on your vehicle. Even when there was a slight mistake made, they were quick to make things right and assist as needed. Not familiar enough with shop prices in the area to say if it was a great deal for all the work we got done, but you definitely pay for the friendly and efficient service. Worth it in my book.

I have been taking my car to this Meineke for the last year and a half. I have been extremely happy with the service. Nash is awesome! They are always honest and upfront. And the service is personable and friendly. I can’t recommend them enough. And you can earn points towards free services so they really reward your loyalty.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Had a 1:00 appointment, left at 2:40. To top it off, when they finished and brought my car around, the driver ran it into the center steps- wrecking my front bumper. No remorse, no reimbursement, no future coupons. Just “we’’ll get it fixed”. That’s great, but it takes time to head to a body shop. Time that I shouldn’t have had to carve out of my day (or longer).

Had rotators and brakes on all wheels replaced. Work was performed in about 1 1/2 hours and I was very pleased with their service. Also their application keeps you updated on progress and is very informative. I assume cost for everything done was reasonable and fair. One other thing to note I was impressed with Nance’s honesty on discussing cost of repairs.

I'm not one to leave reviews but I couldn't be happier with the service I received. The man at reception was incredibly helpful in describing exactly what was causing the issue and how I could fix it. Getting my car repaired can be stressful due to the fact that I don't know much about cars but everyone was incredibly helpful and good honest people.

I had a 10 am appt to look at catalytic converter issue. I called to let them know I was running 10 minutes late. Very professional interactions but waited until 11:10 am and they did not get my truck in to look at it so I had to leave for an 11:30 appt. Not sure what the difference is between having an appointment and just walking in. No updates during the hour I sat in waiting room and truck never moved.

Very nice staff. Short wait time. Lobby could use some sprucing up and the poor plants need a green thumb. lol. LOved the report with pictures and videos. Very detailed. Quote was a lot more than I expected.
