Subject: Service Experience – 8:30 AM Diagnostic Appointment I scheduled an 8:30 AM diagnostic appointment for my 2008 Jeep Rubicon Unlimited. I arrived at 8:15 AM. The front office employee and a technician were assisting another customer, and I was asked to wait a few minutes to check in, which was not an issue. During check-in, I was informed there would be a $100 diagnostic fee. This was not disclosed when I scheduled the appointment. While waiting, I observed that the store appeared very dirty and disorganized. The staff also seemed unprofessional. The front office employee took several phone calls while eating breakfast, speaking with food in her mouth and taking bites between sentences. The tone and presentation on those calls came across as rude and unprofessional. Shortly after checking me in, she returned to ask how to open the hood of my vehicle. This is a standard Jeep with external hood latches that have been designed the same way for decades. I found it concerning that a service writer would not be familiar with how to open the hood of such a common vehicle. After waiting more than an hour past my scheduled appointment time, my Jeep had not been moved or inspected. At that point, I decided to leave and take my vehicle elsewhere. Given the condition of the store, the apparent lack of organization, and the concerns described above, I did not feel confident that a complete exhaust system replacement would be handled properly or in a timely manner. This location appears to need stronger management oversight to meet acceptable service standards.

We were in a pinch and Lisandro (and John) were absolute champs! They provided professional, friendly, and reliable service when our RV air conditioning broke down. Our Canadian rental proved tricky to diagnose and repair, but they were extremely knowledgeable, patient, and thorough while troubleshooting and even guiding us through calls with the rental company. Lisandro took the time to answer all our questions and explain what was happening, which we really appreciated. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, efficient, and customer-focused service centre, this is the place to go.

Meinke always provides excellent service. The mechanic was very honest in explaining why they were unable to fix the problem, and referred me to the dealership as it involved electrical issues. I’ve gone to this location for over 3 years now and never had an issue with their service. I trust their advice.

Forgot too share this when the incident happened, but do have photos to back up my review. I always come to this shop as they do good work as they have changed my radiator and fixed an oil leak before but ON July 7th I went in too get a simple oil change as a returning customer. At 12:30 Joseph at the front desk was super respectful and helpful but the problem came when I picked up the car as soon as I drove off my cars break system was not functioning causing the slip disc light too turn on and not allow the car too accelerate. I immediately turned back and confronted the mechanic who “changed my oil” he got defensive and I insisted he drove my vehicle since he didn’t know what I was talking about. After he drove my vehicle his attitude went from passive aggressive to worried as he insisted he only changed the oil and that maybe it was like that before I came in and even insisting it was the “clutch “ (Which is not true any other person Knows when a clutch is out.) Joseph was really helpful and insisted I waited until after the next car was done so they can take a second look. I had no time as I had work and had too leave. I thought maybe he was right and it was just a coincidence. As I’m driving to work with All my brake and track system off(VDC). The dash lights up( as seen in pictures with time stamps ) then I get a call from Joesph at meineke stating that the mechanic “accidentally”rotated my tires and if I can come back. I understand mistakes happen but why would the mechanic deny and say he only “changed the oil “. I went back the next day and Joseph apologized for the mechanic as he had nothing to say and they fixed everything . Used too trust this shop now will never go back. Below have all the proof and time stamps only leaving a 2 star for Joseph up front who was super helpful and respectful and made things right.

Not only are they open on Saturday, but they also allow you top drop off your car overnight and leave the keys for early service the following day (I promise its much less sketchy then it sounds!) They did a free general inspection, were super reasonable in pricing, AND had my car back to me 3 hours after they got my OK. Unironically one of the best shops in the city and hands down my favorite. Like, no hassle, no over charging, insanely fast service, didn't even insist on paying extra for a "tune up" just told me what they found and asked what I wanted. 100/10

That's why I was so pleasantly surprised by my recent oil change at Meineke! I brought in my Alfa Romeo, expecting the usual premium, but they provided **exceptional value**. Not only did the staff handle my specialty vehicle professionally and efficiently, but they also completed the oil change **remarkably quickly** – ready exactly when promised. Most importantly, the **price was completely fair**, significantly better than I anticipated for an Alfa service. There was zero attempt to inflate the cost just because of the brand. The work itself was top-notch – my car is running smoothly. Communication was clear, the facility was clean, and there was absolutely no pressure for unnecessary extras. They simply focused on doing a great job at a reasonable price, quickly. If you drive a vehicle that typically demands higher service costs (like an Alfa!), I highly recommend this Meineke. They proved you can get fast, professional, and **fairly priced** quality work without the premium brand tax. I will definitely be back!

I brought my suburban into Paul and his staff for a blown head gasket and decided to just drop in another motor! It wasn’t cheap but when I got it back, it started right up and runs fantastic! Just like having a brand new truck Took about a week And so far everything‘s running well I will keep you posted!!!!

We were stuck with coolant leak and needing to drive to Seattle and be back for work the next day. They helped us out quicker than expected and got us on the road just in time for us to make it. Highly recommend and the the lead that day John was top notch and an exemplary guy.
