Absolutely horrible person for a lawyer. Communication or updates about your case she won't be there. Unanswered calls text. Even with important changes or mistakes on papers. Doesn't discuss anything about what's happening.lack of keeping people updated on the case. I wouldn't recommend her for any family situation. It has been months and still no official papers from my husband case.

I hired Mrs. Meggs on Friday at 4:00pm to represent me on a case .i paid her $4000 she and I didn't see eye to eye on some matters and I decided that I didn't want her to represent me I needed someone who would fight. On Monday morning around 9:00 am I told her I didn't want her to represent me she literally hadn't had time to work on my case she had it Friday at 430 till Monday at 9 am. I told her she could keep a consultation fee. She told me my money was not refundable. I told her I was reporting her to bar Association and she said the bar didn't handle fee disputes.Then she told me I could get half my money. She kept $2000 dollars to hold my money over the weekend .
