Megalow windscreens

This cowboy came out to fit a windscreen and left the job in a complete state. My driver reported that half of the trims weren’t even put back on, and the ones he did fit were forced in so badly that the clips were bent. On top of that, the “new” windscreen he fitted was already cracked along the bottom. When I called to discuss a solution, he was incredibly rude and said it wasn’t his fault because he had to rush the job due to the weather, and that the only solution was for me to buy a new windscreen. Unprofessional, poor workmanship and zero customer service avoid at all costs.

Great experience and no nonsense. My window was broken last night, John was at my door within 2 hours of my call to him (on a Saturday) and had the replacement fitted in 20 minutes. Very pleasant man and overall good experience, his prices were the most competitive I was sent too. Couldn't be happier.
