DONT TRUST THEM ! They are not honest in pricing. Firstly said 195$ then moved to 230$, now 280$! Will be reporting to better business bureau for bad business practices. BEWARE OF THEIR SCAM!

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I paid online for a replacement key for my 2019 Chevy Impala. From the start, I was given the runaround. The technician who came out was clearly inexperienced and was unable to provide the correct key for my vehicle. He claimed the issue was my car battery, saying it needed to be replaced. I explained that I had just installed a brand-new battery and the car was turning on—it simply wasn’t reading the key. Instead of resolving the actual issue, the technician left without completing the job, and I was left with no solution after already paying. The whole process was unprofessional and a waste of time. I would not recommend this company to anyone in need of reliable key replacement services. Your response is an accurate untrue I understand that you’re trying to say for your company, but the People you had come to do the job did not know What they was doing it was never my battery Clearly, it says put your key fob in the pocket I needed a new. It had nothing to do with my battery. My car still cut So before you Challenge what I said, know what you’re talking about I asked for someone else to come out because he did not know what he was doing I didn’t have cash to get So my brother used his card clock that tea🙄 You’re very unprofessional company. I sent the proof that you could’ve came out and seen for yourself before you made a review.

Did a great job. Showed up earlier than expected. Completed job in timely manner. Had issue after repair was complete and tech met up later and rectified issue.

This company is dishonest and completely unprofessional. I clearly told the operator that I only needed my car opened and a simple key made — no fob. After dragging me through endless questions about my car and the key type, I was told a technician would call me with pricing. When the technician, David S., called, he quoted me at most $150 plus a service charge. However, when he arrived, the price suddenly jumped to $185. He even asked if he could leave the key with my brother, who was working on a nearby car — which gave me the impression that the key was already being made. I specifically told him to leave the key inside my car and that my husband, who was just around the corner, would meet him to pay. But when my husband arrived, David then claimed the $185 was only for unlocking the car — no key included. That’s blatant bait-and-switch and misleading at best. This company thrives on confusing communication and hidden charges. If you value honesty, integrity, and clear pricing, avoid this locksmith at all costs. Don’t waste your time or your money.

I called them this morning and an hour later they showed up, it was amazing. The key fob was provided, key cut, and programmed all completed within 30 minutes. The price was comparable to other places I looked at, but Mega Lock and Key were the only ones that could come out same day with no extra fee. Eric was super friendly, professional, and attentive. I'll recommend them to anyone asking for a locksmith.
