I don't recommend at all this hospital because of the doctor who is there. He doesn't even respect his patient's and how to talk to them and called him himself very spiritual person. See this is my first visit to this place and I didn't like the attitude of doctor who sees eye related checkups. Dr. Abhishek singh He consider himself the most educational person and does not listen what the patient's are saying and will write you various medicines name to buy and all other things which don't even required for you and he do for his business and the price of consultation fee vs his behaviour doesn't match at all. He is greedy person. I hope this review helps you.

Pathetic dental service. Asked for bleaching service, agreed on the pricing, and midway treatment I am told that it is only for one teeth. I am being asked mid treatment if I want it to be done for other teeth as well and that will cost 2X/3X. The doctor doesn’t give clarity beforehand. They consider patients money making machine.

I had a very disappointing experience with this eye specialist in Ranchi. The lenses provided to me were of poor quality — the coating started peeling off on its own, which severely affected clarity and vision. It is of no use to me now. When I approached the clinic for correction, my issue was not resolved. I later learned that similar complaints had been raised by other customers, and the hospital has since discontinued the association with the lens supplier (Ben Franklin). However, my problem remains unaddressed till date despite repeated follow-ups. I expected more professionalism and accountability from a reputed eye hospital. Patients trust doctors for proper guidance and quality products, and I hope such issues are taken seriously in the future and also for my case. I request the doctor to kindly look into the matter and resolve it at the earliest.

Nice surgeon with gd behavior with patients. Here operation and treatment is done with Advance machine.

My father underwent phacemulsification yesterday and today he is seeing so well so that I can seebabig smile on his face after removing bandage..thank you very much to whole Meenakshi Netralaya team for wonderful hospitality .

Unsatisfactory, changed my glasses 3 times still hazzy visuals. now will have to switch to some other clinic. It is quite ironical that doctor treated me very well but there is some issue in the tied-up spects shop. very bad experience.

Went there for a normal eye check up as I am a diabetic , he is very approachable and a very good motivational speaker.

Dr Abhishek Singh is amazing personality he is not only doctor of eye but he helped me long suffering of neuro problem like anxiety and migraine by seeing my face he told me so many things about myself. He only treat eye but work for wellbeing of patients. Thanks Dr Abhishek

Because of Dr. Abhishek Kumar Singh, My father's left eye vision has gone. My Father is Diabetes Patient and we went to him for his Cataract surgery but after the cataract surgery my father was not able to see clearly and He referred him to Dr. Subrato Mondol, Kolkata. When we met Dr. Subrato Mondal , after the check up he said who the hell has done his Cataract surgery like this. The Doctor has destroyed his corner when placing the lens and because of this there is a internal blood leakage in his eyes.
