Very bad experience Patient are waiting outside from last 1hr Dr Akhilesh engage in talking with girlfrien If u have personal work closed ur clinic Or inform patient We were go in clinic not ur personal home to distrbue u U have no value of time for patient Because u r doctor u can say anything and do any thing in work place Sister' hai to Ghar per miliye Big hospital hai to itna igo Emergency patients are not goto dentist clininc and eye doctor.god had not u for emergency patients because u r not deserve.girlfriend word per itna kachra faila diya

I was trying to search a good ophthalmologist and was going through reviews, the answers/response from doctors representative to patients feedback is too shocking and highly unprofessional. Sheer profanity.. I seriously suggest doctor Abhishek to go through these comments.. i am avoiding coming into contact with such staff and institution.

I had very bad experience. Doctor was very rude and didn’t prescribe right medicine. For other kid he didn’t even diagnose properly. He gave multiple antibiotics . That was not even right treatment plan. Now I have changed the doctor and started new treatment. My kid suffered a lot with multiple antibiotics. I am wondering how can AIIMS pass out doctor do like that. Fee is very high. I am feeling pity on the patients who are paying so much and not getting right treatment. Now I am not in Ranchi but definitely will visit him during next visit.

I was planning to go for regular eye check up.but after going through the reviews ,decided not to visit.

Dr is very good and explains every thing well to patients..Clinic is good and well maintained.. You can visit for your eye checkups.

Dr Abhishek Kumar singh is a very nice man. Being in merchant Navy I have visited many places and met N number of people. But this man has something different I think he has some different spritual power . That he can understand the sentiment of patients very well. . OMG !! I have become a very big fan of him. I strongly recommend people to visit his clinic. He has a very excellent mind and knowledge about human beings.❤️❤️❤️❤️

The dental doctor is not at all good or experienced. She is rude and unprofessional. She advised my daughter for tooth extraction, however, when she showed to another doctor, he did RCT and put cap, it's more than 2 years now and she is totally fine. As far as the Eye doctor is concerned, he seems to be good. He genuinely needs to work on his handwriting on prescription, so that medicine could be bought from outside as most medical shop provide 15% discount. Also, he advised a medicine for my headache and that really helped. Overall, if at all one has to consult then consult the eye doctor and avoid at all cost the dental doctor.

My general experience about Meenakshi Netralaya was amazing. Every member of staff, reception, nurses, doctors and other departments I met were excellent. Thanks to Dr Meenakshi for looking after me. The hospital is well organized and treats patients with dignity & respect. The staff are warm and caring. I will recommend others patient to come here and take treatment in Meenakshi Netralaya.👍
