We were looked after by Dr. Mauada, along with Sister Raya on one visit and Sister Vanitha on another — and all three were absolutely exceptional. Not only highly professional and knowledgeable, but also incredibly kind, patient, and reassuring throughout. Dr. Mauada took the time to really listen and understand what I was going through, and both Sister Raya and Sister Vanitha went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable at every stage. Their attention to detail, gentle approach, and genuine care did not go unnoticed — you can tell they truly care about their patients. It’s rare to come across a team that combines clinical expertise with such a warm and human touch. They made what could have been a clinical experience feel calm, personal, and genuinely supportive. A big thank you to all of them — you’re doing an amazing job, and it truly makes a difference. Highly recommended.

Been getting IV therapy for ages and always at a clinic or a provider - experienced it at home for the first time and was blown away with the speed, service and quality.. Shimi was amazing and this is the best I’ve felt being poked by a needle! The experience defitnely shows.

Very efficient dealing with them via WhatsApp. I had an Iron Infusion at home with Riya. She arrived on time. She was exceptional in managing my personal comfort throughout the process. Her canula technique was flawless and painless and she worked patiently, slowly and safely to ensure my anxiety was well managed and the IV was administered in the most clinically safe and careful manner. She was also very pleasant in her demeanour. The customer service rep on whatsapp was also extremely helpful and patient with me as I had a lot of queries and concerns. They were all addressed thoroughly prior to my appointment being booked. Very responsive and quick to reply to any queries.

I’ve had a very disappointing experience with this clinic. I feel completely misled and overcharged. The information I provided was not properly read or respected. The dosage they initially told me they would supply was later changed without explanation. What was promised as an appropriate amount suddenly became half the concentration and half the quantity needed — and I was then pushed to buy double, which still isn’t enough for the 10‑week protocol I originally contacted them about. The communication throughout the process was unclear, inconsistent, and constantly shifting. Overall, I feel massively ripped off and extremely let down by this service.

Dr Marina and Nurse Shimi were both wonderful. They made me feel so relaxed and calm. They are the gold standard of how a doctor and nurse should be.
