We were looked after by Dr. Mauada, along with Sister Raya on one visit and Sister Vanitha on another — and all three were absolutely exceptional. Not only highly professional and knowledgeable, but also incredibly kind, patient, and reassuring throughout. Dr. Mauada took the time to really listen and understand what I was going through, and both Sister Raya and Sister Vanitha went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable at every stage. Their attention to detail, gentle approach, and genuine care did not go unnoticed — you can tell they truly care about their patients. It’s rare to come across a team that combines clinical expertise with such a warm and human touch. They made what could have been a clinical experience feel calm, personal, and genuinely supportive.
