I am writing this review after experiencing delayed or no deliveries on multiple orders till date by medikabazaar. I had placed a "prepaid" order 10 days back and it never got dispatched. On calling up multiple times post delivery date I got to know that they don't have the product in stock and they don't know if they can procure it after all this while. The product however was still visible as deliverable on the site. The senior executive asked me to cancel the order and from next time onwards asked me to "call up" and enquire if products are in stock. What is the whole point of making a website if the person has to call and double-check about the availability? The fact that they are dealing with healthcare products and show such unprofessional service is ridiculous. They fail to follow the delivery dates and are very unprofessional when it comes to explaining the issue. I would sincerely advise people to think twice before placing order with medikabazaar if you require something timely.

One of the worst e-commerce site for medical services.... I have ordered a restorative cement got a wrong product, called and mailed their so called customer support centre and now it's been more than a month but no response from their side, the answer you get is we are working to resolve your problem.... Fraud people.....

I had a very bad experience with MedicaBazar and would strongly advise everyone to be extremely cautious before purchasing anything from them. We had ordered an intraoral camera which turned out to be defective. From day one, we clearly requested a refund, not a replacement. Their team even sent us an official email confirming that the refund would be initiated — but later, they shockingly asked us to ignore their own email and insisted on giving a replacement instead. We returned the product in good faith, but despite multiple follow-ups over calls and emails, no refund has been initiated to date. Their customer service is almost always unreachable, and on the few occasions when we did get through, the responses were unhelpful and contradictory. This entire experience has caused us immense inconvenience and mental harassment, especially for our female staff who have spent weeks chasing them with no resolution. On top of this, because of their delay, we were forced to pay our credit card bill twice for the same product. MedicaBazar has proved to be highly unreliable and unprofessional. They do not stand by their words, and their after-sales support is extremely poor. We will never recommend MedicaBazar to anyone, and we urge others to think twice before making a purchase.

On 13/09/2025, I ordered an Intraoral Camera Screen required for a dental clinic from the online site 'Medica Bazaar' for ₹20,007.60 (Order id - 2000071390). However, when I called customer care, they informed me that the item was out of stock. On October 3rd, they cancelled the order, and the website indicated that the refund would be processed within 48 hours. However, today, 16/10/2025, only ₹18,758/- has been returned. The remaining amount of ₹1,249.60 is yet to be refunded."

The worst customer service! Would strongly not recommend as this has happened twice, wrong product is delivered and they don’t refund or replace the item. We ordered an Asilicone and only received light body but we were made to pay the full price and 2months later I am still trying to get my refund.

Worst customer service.. I am a doctor and ordered some products. By mistake I ordered the wrong size but they are not ready to replace. The needles are of no use to me but they can sell them easily, still not ready to exchange...I was just asking for replacement... Worst brainless customer executive... Will never order again and advice others not to order.

Unprofessional and useless service. I had ordered a tynor back bed rest for my father which was suppose to be delivered on 28th aug but now the company says we have shipped the order from our side the delivery company has a delay and will deliver it on 3rd of September. These orders are necessity for a patient if u guys cant work accordingly please dont provide services then. Total waste of time and money

I had a fantastic experience buying a Littmann stethoscope from Medikabazaar, thanks in large part to the sales executive, Rajeev Upadhyay. He provided outstanding support, making the whole process seamless and efficient. The product is genuine, and the delivery was fast.

Very pathetic service and lots of harassment to the customer as they take money and won’t deliver till 2 months ….keep you waiting and finally will cancel your order …..too much headache Medikabazaar give to their customer….ni one should use this site …in fact it should be banned in India.
