The service was fast and efficient and it was clear that it was someone medically trained who was looking at my prescription request. The only thing that held it up was when they emailed me for additional information but it wasn't clear to me that I needed to respond by clicking on some blue text in the email ( which took me to an online form once I'd found it) rather than replying directly to the email.
