The environment when you walk into Media Hometown Dental was very supportive and comforting. Mary was comforting as she lead you through the various procedures you were to experience. She explained the process and helped to guide you through the steps that were to follow. Once completed the dentist came in and was very comforting as he discussed in more detail the options that you must consider. They were outstanding for my first visit.

I went into Media Hometown Dental because one of my crowns (put in by another dentist) came out over the weekend. Media Hometown Dental took care of the situation. The office is super nice, everyone is incredibly friendly, and for once in my life I felt like I had a very positive experience with a dentist. Overall, I felt very well taken care of. I’m switching to Media Hometown Dentist going forward.

Hometown dental is fantastic. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing and they have so many offerings to ensure your visit is comfortable, including weighted blankets and warm towels. Dr. Hailey, Dr. Sha and the entire staff are wonderful. They’ve created a practice that is progressive in its technology and approach while feeling spa like at the same time. Highly recommend them!

Dr. Haley and Dr. Sha have been great to work with. As someone who really does not like going to the dentist, they’ve made it an easy process, with a beautiful new facility and a knowledgeable team. The doctors have also worked to thoroughly explain what’s happening with my teeth and helped me navigate and understand the complicated dental insurance process in a way that is most cost-effective and beneficial for me. Would recommend Media Hometown Dental to anyone, especially those who have had trouble going to the dentist in the past.

I have always had trust issues with dentists and haven't been able to find a trustworthy and caring dentist office, until now. The staff from the moment you enter the office is so friendly, kind, and caring. The Staff make you feel like you are elsewhere instead of a dentist office, they are that good. For example, they have a comfort menu, that includes the ability to request to watch Netflix, a heated blanket, a neck pillow, refreshments, and much much more !! It doesn't get better than that! The office also smells very refreshing and they play the good music!! The staff took their time getting to know me and did not rush! They also do not have people just waiting to be seen. Extremely recommend MHD!! Highly professional, genuine, honest, and caring staff!!

Dr Sha and his team were nothing short of fabulous… kind, informative, and super accommodating; especially for being a new patient with an emergency situation! So happy to have found Media Hometown Dental… Highly recommend!!!

My first visit to Media Hometown Dental exceeded my expectations. The dental office was modern, had state of the art, high tech equipment, and the staff were very friendly and professional. I was due for my 6 month check up and Shannon did an excellent job! She was easy to talk with, efficient, and thorough. The front desk person was also welcoming and super nice. Dr Sha was welcoming and warm. He took time to get to know me a bit and was thorough in his explanations. My husband and I are so happy we switched to this practice! Thank you!

Letitia, the hygienist, was amazing. Very thorough and always asking if I was okay throughout the cleaning. SHE IS THE BEST!!! I will be switching my routine care to here for her! The docs are amazing, they made me feel so comfortable and listened to during my exam. They explained the xrays, so I would understand. These are wonderful people. 🥹❤️

My appointment today was fantastic. Dr sha is so personable and easy to talk to. He has the gift of making a person feel naturally comfortable. So thrilled to be his patient

My first visit was last week and I can’t recommend Media Hometown Dental enough!! Beautiful and clean space and everyone is very friendly. Leticia was my hygienist and she was extremely thorough. She took the time to explain every step and her findings to me, constantly checking to see if I was comfortable. Dr. Sha is very personable and continued to make the entire experience comfortable, explaining in detail what he saw and his recommendations.
