Chef Syphong Lam, the co-founder Koi’s wife, has a great culinary skill of Vietnamese cuisine
which she inherits from her parents who run a Vietnamese restaurant for years.

and exciting home cooking Vietnamese’s taste to surprise and delight the taste bud of the foodies.
