We threw all the food away. Spent $100 and posted the photos as proof the owner keeps reporting to have the photos and this review removed. Zero charcoal flavor, no charcoal grilled smoke aromas outside, not through the vent. If they pretend it’s charcoal grilled I’m sure the health department can confirm that info since they do the inspections. We don’t recommend them as we threw all the bbq in the trash as seen in the pictures we attempted to post. We regret wasting the $100 that literally was thrown in the trash. No marinade flavor. Only salt and pepper dog treat dry cardboard texture. I hope the owner has enough dignity to allow us to post the pictures we are attempting to upload as proof of purchase from today, as well as the proof that we threw it in the trash. You should improve on your products instead of calling your customers fake. Don’t deceive the customers and have some respect for your customers. Anyone can taste the difference between a grilled item cooked on charcoal versus gas. Improve on your grilling skills as well. Don’t give us dried dog food.

Just stopped by here today for the first time. I got beef lulu, chicken lulu, and lamb shops. All are excellent top quality. I am on all / only meat diet and am soo happy to have found this place, will start shopping here weekly! Excellent customer service as well, the gentleman advised one item I was about to get is for soups and I wanted something to pan or oven cook and he properly advised me. ☺️
