MDP Auto & Diesel Repair

Usually my experience with Mechanics is a lot of doubt and skepticism regarding the scope and magnitude of the work suggested. This is the first time in my life I had 100 percent confidence in the job being performed, the integrity of the shop doing the work and the honesty of the price and fees charged. MDP had a communication system via App that was amazingly informative. It kept me abreast of every move, each step of the way with pictures, real time communication and price adjustments, which made the job a seamless experience and quicker than I ever thought possible. A brand new engine literally installed four days. I drove out feeling confident that it was a job well done and I had picked the right shop. Update: I had a separate mechanical issue while in another state I called MDP for a reference and they got on their collaboration system and found me a mechanic that handled all of my issues. MDP then stayed in touch with me and the garage to make sure everything was being handled properly and I was back on the road in no time thank you MDP for going above and beyond. Upon my last visit which was a simple oil changed I was welcomed with a clean new waiting area coffee snacks and A friendly staff. July2025 update: As always the professional team has done it again and needed a complete air-conditioning line replacement and they got it done in one day very little hassle neat and courteous staff and waiting area and it’s always my go to for my vehicle thank you again MDP.

My 2005 Ford Super Duty is serviced almost exclusively by MDP. Knowledgeable service I know the job is done right and will keep my 20-year old truck running smoothly. MDP has performed exceptional service on my cars as well. I drive 20 miles to MDP but the piece of mind is worth it.

I always thought your place of business was part of the road commission because it’s right next-door. I drive past it probably a dozen times a week and I thought that I would just pull in there and see what was what. Much to my surprise it’s a full service garage and not part of the road commission. This garage is almost in my backyard, which makes it incredibly handy. My first experience was only an oil change, but it came with a full safety check. It’s a friendly place and I expect I’ll be doing my car Repair business there from now on. I’m dropping off another one of my cars next week to have the electrical system checked. Looks like the cold weather finally took my battery out. My second visit to this garage happened on Monday morning at 8 AM. One of my other cars was having battery issues and I made an appointment the previous Friday for 8 AM on Monday morning. I was able to get it charged up good enough to drive it a short distance to the garage. They did an electrical check on it and confirmed that it needed a new battery. They proceeded installing a new battery and at 8:45 AM they were finished with the installation. I will have to admit I didn’t think they could do this in 45 minutes. I am 81 years old now and have aged out of working on my cars and I am so thankful to have a competent garage almost in my backyard which has racked up 2 ***** 5 star reviews so far. I’m guessing there’s more five star reviews in the future.

Mike and his team were very helpful getting our ram 2500 in the same day. they reached out with a diag and answers SAME day, had a part warranties by the time they called us with the diag. Fair pricing and super quick turn around time to get us back on the road. Thank you so much & 100% recommend for your diesel needs/wants!

Great fast and friendly service, got my sister and me in for oil changes next day! Provided a tech report complete with pictures and videos, honest and upfront about services that are needed soon or can wait a bit. Prices are fair and better than other places I have been. Matt was excellent in explaining everything. Worth the drive from Chelsea, will visit again.

We had work done on my son’s truck. It needed quite a bit of maintenance, and our service agent, Matt made sure it got done in a timely manner. He kept me updated frequently. They even had a key fob made for us, gave us a discount and t- shirts. It was in overall great experience and we highly recommend them for any work you need on your diesel.

Service tech is professional, knowledgeable & most importantly; honest. I had taken my car there in the past, they diagnosed a major issue but also said it was covered under warranty so I had to bring it to the dealer. They could have charged me, I wouldn’t have known. Subsequent visits on two different cars have been spot on with diagnosis; prompt repair. No dropping it off to just get in line at some point which was my experience at Suburban Chevy. We feel confident in recommending this auto shop.

I took my 2018 Ford Focus in for a battery replacement and I thought the service was excellent. I know a lot of people can replace their own batteries but I didn't have the tools or the time to do so. Everyone was so nice and I thought the price was extremely reasonable and they got it done very fast. I will definitely return to MDP when I need service.
