MCP HVAC

This was my first experience with MCP HVAC and I was very impressed. We have an old boiler and had lost heat and hot water. Our service person arrived within 40 minutes of my call. He was very polite, friendly and professional. He diagnosed the problem quickly, left to pick up the replacement part, and returned with it within a half hour. It took only a few minutes for him to swap out the part get the boiler up an running again. Would definitely use this company again.

We couldn’t be happier with the service we received from MCP. When the cold snap hit, they stepped up right away and helped us out quickly and efficiently. The technicians were professional, friendly, and clearly experienced, and the administrative team was just as wonderful to work with. It’s such a relief to find a company that truly cares about its customers. Very happy customer!

Outstanding service and expertise: Great people to work with. They’re transparent in their practices. They listen and get the job done. First used their services for installation of mini-splits. Have been very happy with those. Most recently used their services to chase down a leak in a forced hot water system. Regarding the leak, I spoke to their weekend call center representative on Saturday morning and I decided that the issue could wait until Monday. I asked their rep to see if they could schedule me for Monday. Shortly after that discussion, I got a call from their on-call technician, Chris, who I talked through the issue with, and he reassured me that if I did in fact need support over the weekend, to please reach out. Monday morning, I got a text that their technician was coming in the noon to 2 pm timeframe. At 11:45 a text that the technician was en route to my house. The issue was diagnosed and the technician presented me with some options. We went with the more cost-effective approach. Every interaction I’ve had with this company has been great. Couldn’t be happier with the level of service.

James from MCP responded to our AC outage within five hours. In 40 mins he diagnosed and corrected the problem. Before he left, he gave us additional advice about our system and what to look out for. He was very positive and clearly enjoys his work.

I am very impressed with the employees and the service from MCP. I scheduled a furnace cleaning. The service men suggested some other household maintenance options that I found very helpful. And in the long run will save me money. I give them a five star.

So far so good. Seemed very professional and prompt. Also made sure that everything was up to specs. In fact wanted to do some additional electrical work two days after putting it in because they felt like the amperage was not quite right from the previous system to the new system they put in.

Great experience for a total replacement (dual fuel heat pump). I picked MCP over 2 other HVAC companies. They were price competitive, top tier project management, installation, answered all my questions. Would recommend.

HCP HVAC provided great service from srart to finish. Our new heat pumps work very well, glad we did it. The installers were the best. Very polite and considerate. They didn't mind moving items out of the work area or to put back after. When the job was done, Johnny took time to explain how the system worked, including the remote control. Geat work, thank you.

From start to finish the project was fantastic. Brendon was no nonsense in the quoting, Molly was really responsive and on top of everything paperwork/scheduling and everything else administratively. Octavian & Chris were amazing with our actual installation. The project was less than we had been quoted by other contractors and instead of *just* a boiler/furnace we now have a combi system that incorporates an on demand water heater and is HUGELY more efficient than either of our prior systems. Not only would I use them again, but I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking to replace or upgrade their system, or just maintain a current system. Great, honest people. Hard to come by nowadays.
