Great experience for a total replacement (dual fuel heat pump). I picked MCP over 2 other HVAC companies. They were price competitive, top tier project management, installation, answered all my questions. Would recommend.

From start to finish the project was fantastic. Brendon was no nonsense in the quoting, Molly was really responsive and on top of everything paperwork/scheduling and everything else administratively. Octavian & Chris were amazing with our actual installation.
The project was less than we had been quoted by other contractors and instead of *just* a boiler/furnace we now have a combi system that incorporates an on demand water heater and is HUGELY more efficient than either of our prior systems.
Not only would I use them again, but I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking to replace or upgrade their system, or just maintain a current system.
Great, honest people. Hard to come by nowadays.
