Make sure you are getting enough sleep, eating right, drinking enough water, and exercising. Ask yourself if you feel safe right now. If not, why? Do you need help? Who can you talk to when you are feeling unsafe or overwhelmed? If you have been feeling down, try focusing on the positives in your life.
