Madison Mangus has been incredibly supportive and insightful. She has created a safe, calm space where I feel genuinely heard, and her guidance has helped me make real progress in my life. I’m so grateful for her, especially at a time where it feels almost impossible to find a good therapist (in person too)!

Soula Hareas is a phenomenal therapist and human being; her extensive experience with a variety of ages and approaches is evident in the way she interacts with her clients, meeting them where they are in order to best guide them where they'd like to be. She is very empathetic, yet firm in a gentle and caring way; she truly wants her clients (like me) to feel better, and isn't afraid to call me out if I haven't put in the work I need to in order to make progress. I trust her judgement, opinion, and guidance implicitly. Some people feel that seeing a therapist equates to paying someone to sit there nodding and smiling sympathetically while you unload all your baggage for an hour and then leave. Soula is NOT one of those therapists - she WILL expect you to actively participate in your path to healing in addition to just talking about things - it's a true therapeutic partnership, and she's very much invested in helping those who are ready and willing to help themselves.
