Recently my wife and I purchased a house in Pinehurst North Carolina. We love the area and our new home but the property in the front of the house was a mess. I contacted McNeill Landscaping Company and Spoke with Jonathan who gave me a date and time when he would look at the place. Jonathan was good to his word and showed up when he said he would. He came up with fantastic ideas on how to address the issues. We gave him the go ahead to do the work. Jonathan provided a date when he would start the work and again he showed up with his crew of workers when he said he would. Jonathan and his crew did a fantastic job in record time. Jonathan McNeil is exactly what you want in a landscaper. He has fair and reasonable prices, is courteous, listens and does exactly what he says he will do and has a great team to back him up! We are very happy with our new SOD, plantings and French drains! The yard looks great and we will use them again! Highly recommend! PS. Responsive, Attentive and Customer Centric are the words I would use to describe MCNeill’s Landscaping. We called for a quote to help us address some drainage problems and Jonathan was at our home within a day of me calling. From getting the quote details to finishing up the work, Jonathan communicated with us extremely well. Secondly, Jonathan listened to our needs and recommended steps to help address our concerns and came up with a plan that was extremely well done. On the day of the job, Jonathan was there alongside his crew doing the work. That means a lot where the person that is ultimately accountable for the job is actually helping do the job. We couldn’t be more pleased with Jonathan and McNeills Landscaping.
