McMurray Park Apartments

I do not recommend moving to these apartments. I moved in October of 2023 and can not wait for my lease to be up to move out. I have been jumped by a group of teenagers 3 weeks after moving in and the apartments have done nothing. I got a restraining order on her and yet I'm still harassed nearly every time I go outside if this girl sees me. The police department wont arrest because she runs every time they show up. I've wrote so many complaints and nothing has been done. It's not safe for my kids to be outside due to these issues. The same group of teenagers break into vehicles and steal peoples items, they have spray painted vehicles and sidewalks with their gang signs and the apartments just tell us to call the cops to file a report. I have neighbors who smoke weed inside and makes the apartment smell so bad that I have to open my windows to air it out of my apartment. To top everything off the new management says there's nothing she can do just to write the complaint. Do yourself and your family a favor and rent somewhere else.

I personally love it here. My place is clean and perfect for a two bedroom. We cannot hear everything going on in the next apartment and I feel safe. We have good neighbors and the management is friendly and professional. It is close enough to everything we need that a car is not necessary. Plan to live here as long as possible.

Not the best place to live. They don't check references on people and let anyone in . The neighborhood has gone downhill. Police are here on almost a daily basis. As for the pool it's never open in the summer. But the workers are great. Not quite that's for sure. .

The new management is just as bad as the old and when twenty have things that need to be fixed or questions that need to be addressed they are ignored. If you decide to live here, expect your rent to increases substantially every year that you do so. In the winters they do not shovel the roadways or salt the sidewalks and the stairs have huge cracks in them that need to be replaced. Management is rude and the workers do the bare minimum. Ive lived in apartments my whole life and I do not recommend anyone to live here.

I live here and have been for a number of years now, Tenants are disrespectful, loud and complaints go unanswered. Children are allowed to roam freely without supervision, management is kind but ineffectual they need to include proper rules and enforcement of them.

I rented with this complex for a number of years. When my family had to relocate I have never lost respect as fast for anyone as I did with the management team. Their disrespect was displayed in front of my daughter and the situation could have been handled maturely. It makes me sad to not recommend this apartment complex for many reasons.

Horrible place. Ghetto. Overrun by trashy people who allow their kids as young as 2 yrs to run and play in the road all day. They throw rocks at our cars, trespass onto personal patio space and steal personal decor! Management does not "manage the place at all. Keep looking for a better place.

Neat, clean, nice management, on site maintenance, nice pool, lots of parking space, pets welcome, less than a block from the grocery store.

Not worth it trust
