McKim Mechanical Plumbing and Heating

We woke up to water coming through our ceiling on a Thursday morning. After shutting off the water upstairs and having a brief moment of panic, we called McKim Mechanical for help. They adjusted their schedule and had a technician out that same day! Austin quickly figured out the issue, recommended a solution, and even though his Friday was fully booked, by noon on Monday, our upstairs bathrooms were back in business. I was seriously impressed with how fast McKim Mechanical responded, Austin’s knowledge and expertise, how genuinely nice he was, and how quickly the whole issue was resolved. The best part? It was affordable — I didn’t feel like I’d overpaid. While you never want to deal with a leak, McKim Mechanical made the whole experience surprisingly painless. I’d call them again in a heartbeat!

Quick and convenient scheduling. Used McKim for boiler and hot water tank annual service check and also a maintenance/clean for my gas fireplace. Sam and crew - Carson & Porter - were very friendly (answered all my questions and worries) and were very efficient and left the areas VERY clean when work was complete! Had a very positive experience and will use McKim for all future needs :)

We've had McKim Mechanical plumbers come out to our condos several times over the past few years and we have always had a good experience. They were able to troubleshoot our issues, did the work with high quality, and were also pleasant and professional to deal with.
