Our family law team received an order from the First District Court of Appeal affirming a custody order in favor of our client. The journey was long and difficult for our client. Our client had a permanent injunction placed against him based on false domestic violence allegations, which prevented him from having contact with his children.

After two years of litigation and multiple court hearings in the divorce case, we were able to get our client his children back after exposing the truth and convincing the judge in the divorce case that our client should have shared parental responsibility and equal timesharing with his children. The mother appealed the custody order to the First District Court of Appeal.
