"Therese McKenzie and team, at McKenzie Law Firm, did an amazing job at guiding us through a very painful lawsuit I was blindsided by. This lawsuit was an entire year long child custody case! Therese spoke with respect for both parties and her knowledge, wisdom, and expertise reigns supreme! We just knew we were in good hands. She listened well to our case and she was upfront and honest from the beginning about whether their firm was right for our particular case. Therese is VERY meticulous with finding the right information and laws to apply to the situation. She figured out what needed to be done, to help us be awarded the parenting plan and timesharing arrangement that we thought was in the best interests of all. We are so appreciative of her and her team!!! The Magistrate sided with our parenting plan, time sharing arrangement, and the child support calculations. The plaintiff was also ordered to pay back all of our legal fees we accrued and the retroactive child support as well. We literally got everything that was asked for.
