This place was a joke. If someone told me there was a movie being filmed on location, that would have been believable and even made sense! Ok. 3 story hotel... no elevator. No ADA accommodations at all. No hangers for the closet, no tissue to blow your nose on in the rooms. There is no additional furniture to sit on, except except for the bed. There are no extra rolls of toilet paper. No phone in the rooms, in case you need assistance from the lobby. There is a television but no cable, so it's a non-working television. We did inquire with the lobby about some of the things that were missing, but that did no good at all. They advertise a lot that they don't actually offer. It looks a lot like a hotel that people live in on a long-term basis, not a place that is open to the general public for temporary housing. The outside decor consists of old bed mattresses and old broken furniture laying around behind the bldg, but the stuff is visible. Poor night lighting. I did see an elevator, but along with being non-working, it was blocked! People are just hanging outside on the walkways to the rooms. It's just a super creepy environment. đł The last night we were there, we came back to a completely dark room with no power. One of the " residents" that was hanging outside shared with us that the power had been out for several hours. So, I am assuming there are no backup generators. It did not feel safe at all, and I was very uncomfortable with our entire 2 day stay. What can I say that's good? The bed in our room appeared to be new and was comfortable to sleep in. Also, the mirrors were plentiful and nice. But the room is dimly lit, and there is no carpet anywhere, which is one of the things they advertise. And last but not least... they had baby roaches. This place gives "budget hotel" a very bad name. I was in town for a family event, so I was not in the room very much, but if you wanted to hang out in your hotel room, you most likely would not have been comfortable. Never again, and I do mean NEVER!
