Your service technician Brett arrived promptly for our service appointment. As he began his job, he explained plainly the processes of the inspection (i.e. battery check, oil change, unit computer update). He was very efficient in all tasks and utility of the service. Many thanks to all your office and service personnel for an important safety item for our household.
