Customer wanted the rotten door and subfloor inside the door fixed . I took out the old door cut out and replaced the subfloor . Before cutting the subfloor I was able to cut the linoleum so I could put it right back in place . Then I installed the door per codes with a metal pan made for under the door itself and door tape along with caulking it to the wall . The pan will eliminate any water that might make it in from entering the home . It is designed to catch the water and let it drain outside of the brick.
