Worst client management system, I used them for rentals but after paying them their brokerage their work gets over. No help at all in maintenance, repairs and approvals. When you ask them that you need to provide service till the contract ends they will say our work is already completed now deal directly with the landlord (while calls go unanswered all the time). Please stay away from this
