We booked a 5 days stay for our boy Keetos. First timer, but will definitely will be a regular. The place is so clean, and the staff were great and always available for feedback about our boy either by phone calls, text, or videos. The whole experience was better than my expectations, though my standards are high. The management are very honest and refunded the value of some services that we paid for but were not provided due to external factors. Something that you will never encounter in nowadays businesses. Thanks for the great service that you provided and for the peace of mind that we all felt while you cared for our boy.

We have had a very good experience with Mazen’s Resort. Our Brownie knows the place well and feels comfortable there, which gives us real peace of mind. The team is caring, friendly, and always treats her with love and attention. It is not easy to trust someone with your pet, but Mazen’s Resort has always made us feel confident and relaxed.
