They are simply the best. The place is extremely safe, clean, and very well organized. The team is professional, caring, and truly loves the dogs—they treat them like their own. My dog absolutely loves staying there and is always happy and excited to go back, which gives me so much peace of mind. It’s such a relief knowing my dog is in such good hands. We had a great experience with Mazen’s Resort. The team took excellent care of our Arty and Lilly, treated them with genuine love and attention, and made sure they received their medication as instructed. Everyone was friendly and professional, and our dogs came home happy, relaxed, and very clean. We highly recommend them and will definitely use their services again.

We booked a 5 days stay for our boy Keetos. First timer, but will definitely will be a regular. The place is so clean, and the staff were great and always available for feedback about our boy either by phone calls, text, or videos. The whole experience was better than my expectations, though my standards are high. The management are very honest and refunded the value of some services that we paid for but were not provided due to external factors. Something that you will never encounter in nowadays businesses. Thanks for the great service that you provided and for the peace of mind that we all felt while you cared for our boy.

I have used Mazen’s Resort Hotel twice now for my dog Cali, and I’ve already booked her third stay. The level of care and attention they give her is truly exceptional. The staff are kind, professional, and clearly love what they do, which makes me feel completely at ease every time I leave her with them. We booked a five days stay for our dog and it was the first time to leave him and Mazen’s resort team made it very smooth and easy, they picked and dropped him off on the scheduled time as soon as he arrived they give him a check up and each day they were sending us videos so we are sure that he’s okay. They’re a very friendly team and definitely not the last time.

Most important for me is their pre- admission of my dog ; by checking the vaccines list and checked medically on my dog to ensure no issue that would harm others. They followed up with me daily with videos of my dog. I can say my dog was happy since he is back with same weight and same happy spirit we left him with which is unlike other places..
