They are simply the best. The place is extremely safe, clean, and very well organized. The team is professional, caring, and truly loves the dogs—they treat them like their own. My dog absolutely loves staying there and is always happy and excited to go back, which gives me so much peace of mind. It’s such a relief knowing my dog is in such good hands. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a trustworthy and loving place for their pet!

We booked a 5 days stay for our boy Keetos. First timer, but will definitely will be a regular. The place is so clean, and the staff were great and always available for feedback about our boy either by phone calls, text, or videos. The whole experience was better than my expectations, though my standards are high. The management are very honest and refunded the value of some services that we paid for but were not provided due to external factors. Something that you will never encounter in nowadays businesses. Thanks for the great service that you provided and for the peace of mind that we all felt while you cared for our boy.

We booked a five days stay for our dog and it was the first time to leave him and Mazen’s resort team made it very smooth and easy, they picked and dropped him off on the scheduled time as soon as he arrived they give him a check up and each day they were sending us videos so we are sure that he’s okay. They’re a very friendly team and definitely not the last time.

Seriously i was blown away by how beautiful the place and staff are, the amount of care they provide to our furry four legged friends is incredible to say the least.
